SINGER’S GLEN CABIN (SOLD)

$12,200 – A STORY AND A HALF ANTIQUE V NOTCHED LOG CABIN 17.5’ WIDE AND 14’ DEEP WITH A LOFT; THIS CABIN IS HAND HEWED OUT OF MIXED TIMBER AND APPEARS TO HAVE ORIGINALLY BEEN CUT AND ERECTED  PRE-CIVIL WAR; THE CABIN WAS THEN MOVED TO SINGER’S GLEN IN ROCINGHAM, VA IN THE EARLY 1900S AND USED AS A SCHOOL BUILDING UNTIL IT WAS ABANDONED ON AN UNKNOWN DATE.  THE CABIN WAS TAKEN DOWN IN 2017 TAKEN TO ITS CURRENT LOCATION, REWORKED WITH SOME REPLACEMENT LOGS AND CAN CURRENTLY BE SEEN STANDING AT I-81 EXIT 200 IN FAIRFIELD, VIRGINIA.
